Ayurvedic Health Consultation

My most in-depth and supportive consultation offering here to guide you over 6 months in your journey to achieve balance and a better sense of wellbeing. 

How it works:

Before your first consultation you will be sent my online Ayurveda Clinical Assessment form to complete.

Then we’ll book in a 60-minute virtual 1-to-1 consultation to discuss your assessment answers, additional questions and your lifestyle to get a deeper understanding of the root causes of your imbalances. By the end of this initial call you will understand your Prakruti (Dosha constitution you were born with) and Vikruti (current Dosha state causing your imbalances).

Within 1 week you will receive a detailed personalized report of my findings with suggested diet, herbal blends, exercise and lifestyle modifications. 

You will have x3 30-minute follow-up virtual visits with me that you can book at your convenience within 6 months of our initial consultation. It’s an opportunity to check-in with how your tailored Ayurvedic approach is working for you and if any adjustments need to be made.

Not ready to commit to longer term support? My single sessions offer the same in-depth Ayurvedic assessment and care just without the follow-up support calls.
